Questions
Monthly or one-time, which should I pick?
Monthly if you want the lowest starting cost and ongoing changes; one-time if you'd rather pay once and keep a low yearly fee. Both get the same quality and the same support.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. It is registered in your name, whether you bring it or we set it up.
What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans run for six months, then continue month to month; cancel with 30 days' notice. When a plan ends, your site stays online for 30 days so you can plan the switch. Your domain and your content (text, photos, logo) are always yours.
What if I miss a payment?
We remind you. After 14 days the site is paused; after 30 days it is taken offline. Pay, and it's back the same day.
Can you redo my current website?
Yes, at the same prices. Send us the address and we'll start with a preview.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, as a Custom project. Tell us what you sell and we'll quote after a short call.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa in Pakistan; card for everyone else. We send a link after you approve the preview. Details on the Pay page.
How fast is “live in 7 days”?
The clock starts when you approve the preview and send your logo and photos. Most sites are live in seven working days; one-time plans in five.
