The preview
The homepage preview is free and carries no obligation.
Monthly plan
Six-month minimum term, then month to month. The price is agreed in writing before the build. Cancel with 30 days' notice after the minimum term. Includes hosting, security, updates and up to 2 hours of small changes a month; unused hours don't roll over.
One-time plan
The design and build fee is paid before the build starts. The yearly fee is due on each anniversary of launch and covers hosting, security, updates and 1 hour of small changes a month.
Payments
Reminders are sent. 14 days late: the site is paused. 30 days late: the site is taken offline. Payment restores it.
When a plan ends
The site stays online for 30 days after the last paid period. Your domain and your content (text, images, logo) are yours and are handed over on request.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logo you send us.
Portfolio and build-in-public
We may show your website and its build in our portfolio and on our social channels. Tell us in writing if you'd prefer we didn't, and we won't.
Changes and scope
Two rounds of changes during the build. Larger changes after launch are quoted separately.
Timelines
The build clock starts when the preview is approved and your logo and photos are received.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Hand-Coded Sites is registered.
